Before ordering:
- I only accept PayPal and AlertPay for payments.
- Please send at least MQ pictures but HQ pictures are much better and easier for me to work with.
- You must agree that you must at least pay the first half of the price or make a full payment once I said that I already started working on your order.
While in the process of working on your order:
- Once I respond to your requested order and I didn’t hear anything from you within a week, your order will be canceled.
- I will start working on your order as soon as possible.
- Once I send the preview of your layout. You are subject to pay your remaining balance within 2 days.
After you received your order:
- You should link back to Visual Dreams once your ordered layout is up and running on your site.
- Though there’s an available add-on that removes Visual Dreams’ name in the header, you are still obligated to put a link back to Visual Dreams. (One at your site status or site information is a must. Another link back at the footer is optional.)
- As much as possible, kindly put up the layout within a week.
- Any ordered layout shall be up at least 3 weeks.
- Once I started on your order and you want to cancel it, you are subject to a $2 cancellation fee plus half the price of your order. If you already made a full payment, I’ll send the extra [if there's any] back to you.
- All canceled order will be placed on premades.
